Handling Time

Please allow 24 to 48 hours to process your product(s). Once shipped, you will receive a notice by e-mail that your product has been shipped.

Digital downloads are available via a link after your payment is completed.

ShippingTime schedule

Our products are shipped from Calgary in Canada via Canada Post.

Following are the mail delivery standards posted on the Canada Post website:

2 business days for local area.

3 business days within Alberta.

4 business days across Canada.

Up to 7 days internationally.

The above chart refers to normal conditions. Please be aware that there might be some times when your shipment will take longer to arrive due to unexpected factors like weather conditions, etc...

Also, something else that might affect the delivery time of your shipment outside of Canada is the speed of the postal system in your country.

Import duties and Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
